Project Management Features

The project management portiion of this system allows each quote run to be set as a dated project.

  • Each project contains start and due dates for the selected run
  • It also contains a reuseable list of items entered only once
  • A comment section on every project allows for user comments within the sytem
  • Every project has a web based file folder that contains populated forms and also any misc files uploaded to the server.

All files populated on QuoteSheets.net can optionally be saved directly to the project section or manually uploaded from your hard drive.

Below is quick demonstration of the Quotesheets.net online software. Select a form, select up to six items and press the download button.
This will create and copy a filled in form of your selected items to your downloads folder on your hard drive.

Select a Client Form

      


  • Select a Form from the drop down
  • Search for items using search box
  • Edit default values on Defaults tab
  • Can reselect after items checked

Select Items

  • Select multiple items listed below
  • Tabed product info & cell data
  • Draft mode fills form data in red
  •   Items Selected = 0

Produce Form

  • XLS file saved to Downloads folder
  • Tabs created for each item
  • File stamped w/form name & date
